About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Consultant to support our financial operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with deep SAP experience and a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable and will be a major asset in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Leverage SAP (and ideally S/4HANA) to extract and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Provide actionable insights on performance trends, cost analysis, and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data automation.
• Assist in month-end close activities, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in SAP (required); experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
