A growing private practice in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a startup environment that s been operating for about a year, with a strong foundation in place and plenty of room to grow.

The ideal candidate is a practice builder someone ready to take ownership of patient relationships and help drive the continued success of this modern, multi-op facility. Implant placement experience is a plus but not required.

Position Overview
Location: Columbia, SC
Schedule: 4-day workweek
General dentistry with optional implant placement
8 operatories, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants
Patient base: Mainly cash and private insurance (no Medicaid)
Daily volume: patients + hygiene checks
Designed for a provider ready to grow with the practice

Compensation & Benefits
Daily minimum to start, then transitions to % of adjusted production
