Full-Time / Per-Diem Pediatric Hospitalist - Mount Sinai South Nassau - Oceanside, NY

Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital is currently seeking Full-Time and Per-Diem Pediatric Hospitalists to join its hospital on Long Island.

The hospital is located at One Healthy Way, Oceanside, NY 11572, in a diverse community with excellent school districts and numerous cultural activities. Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital is part of the Mount Sinai Health Care System and has been developing and expanding pediatric services. Our Hospitalists are responsible for the care of pediatric patients on the floor. They also provide coverage for the delivery room, nursery and Level II NICU along with our four (4) full time neonatologists . They supervise residents and medical students and are an important component of our educational program. As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you will be joining four (4) full time and three (3) per diem associates.

Position Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University

• New York Medical License

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics

• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills

• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Compensation range from 170K to 210K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.

$170000.00 / Annually - $210000.00 / Annually
