-The PCU is a stepdown unit from the ICU.

It will be a 3:1 nurse patient ration for closer monitoring of the ICU patients that don't quite meet the tele level of care.

RN's should have experience in a ICU stepdown or PCU unit. Training is telemetry. Training in high risk medications
