Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for family practice opportunity in Sandy, UT on October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, November 5. Hours are Tuesday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and medication dispensing. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and a UT state dispensing license.
