1 provider to cover 12hr shifts Mon-Sun 8a-8p

Providers will see patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, sprains, minor burns, they may do splints. Typical Urgent Care assignment, anything high acuity will get referred to the local ER.

Open to Provider candidates from Urgent, Hospital, and Family Practice experience

Will consider IMLC candidates, but with the understanding that they must have a full, active WV license by their start date

Min availability to be considered: 10-15 shifts per month
