QUALIFICATIONS:
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience - REQUIRED
Experience in Emergency Medicine of at least 12 months/2,000 hours - REQUIRED
OH License (in hand or in process) - REQUIRED
List of procedures the provider is experienced in performing - REQUIRED
Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
