Dates: Full-time, starting 7/28
Shift & Call Details:
Seeking 1 provider to work a full time schedule for 4 months to include:

Monday to Monday Clinic and Night Call with one weekend Call per month
Mon/Wed- hospital or clinic 8-5 with call during working hours on the off week of call
Tue/Thur clinic 8-5 with call during working hours
Fri- Hospital or clinic 8-5 with call during working hours

Credentialing Time-frame: 60 days

Job Details:

Setting: Clinic/Hospital (will not do procedures in the clinic)
Patient Volume: 15-16 per day
Required Procedures: General cardiology experience and skills to include , nuclear stress tests, stress echoes, reading EKGs Pace maker experience is a plus
APP Support/Supervision: Clinic ACP's, MA's; Hospital RN's, MA
EMR: Epic
Client Requirements: Must be Board Certified
Travel Accommodations: All travel covered
