Compensation: $5,349.71 - $6,842.48 Semimonthly
Benefits: - PTO depends on years of service and varies between 224 - 460 maximum hours accruable - 11 paid holidays, sick leave, other leaves- medical and dental coverage, FSA- retiree medical insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance- all members of the bargaining unit will be provided full coverage as required by the Oregon Worker's Compensation Act-$2500 CME Education stipend for full-time providers and 5 CME days or (40 hours)
Additional Info: Multnomah County Health Center in Portland, Oregon is looking for passionate, new graduate Advanced Practice Clinicians.- Work as a member of a primary care team providing high-quality, patient-centered care with an organization that prioritizes leading with race and addressing health inequities.- Receive extra support and structured training to gain confidence and expertise in providing care to our diverse communities - Weekly cohort sessions with experienced providers who lead didactic and clinical skill discussions - Extended onboarding program with a gradual increase in patient visits to assist in a smooth transition to practice - Care teams include Integrated Behavioral Health practitioners, community health workers, clinical pharmacists, and dental providers- Structured clinical experiences to the top of the NP and PA scope of practice
