  • Looking for 1 -2 providers that can work a minimum of 5-10 shifts per month minimum beginning in April.
  • Clean or minimal background so no delays in credentialing.

-Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in TX : Yes

Submission Requirements :
  • Local or regional candidates only, not out of state travel at this point (hotel & mileage only)
Certification Requirements :
  • ACLS
  • ATLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
  • Other : The ATLC is only required for primary care boarded physician
Number Of Patients Per Shift: 24
Number of beds in Hospital: 19
Minimum Board Certification: BE
