About the role:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• PNP will work in a pediatric outpatient setting seeing an underserved patient population
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for Primary Care services helping individuals manage their chronic conditions, preventative care, and patient education
• PNP will be sole provider in an outpatient setting with support by phone

Background:

• Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / PNP
• 1.5-2 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner required
• Bi-lingual in Spanish
