We are looking for a Commercial and Application Support Specialist to join our team at our Norfolk location.

Responsibilities:

  • Represents AKRS Equipment in the support of application equipment for all customers and prospects
  • Promotes and supports other related customer enhanced products including but not limited to Ag Management Solutions (AMS), Ag Logic, Power Guard, and John Deere sprayer parts
  • Maintains service relationship with customer accounts in the Ag Service Provider segment
  • Serves as first/primary point of contact for application service calls and sprayer support hotline, specifically for the CAD / Ag Service Provider segment
  • Maintains relationships with key John Deere & Hagie personnel related to application equipment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years application equipment service experience
  • 2+ years precision farming systems experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in the Ag Service Provider industry preferred
  • Knowledge of production agriculture industry and Ag Service Provider business
  • Knowledge of both John Deere and Raven precision farming systems preferred
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
