Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Specialist to help advance E&A’s visibility and growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry. This role partners closely with project managers and department leaders to coordinate and produce compelling, client-focused proposals that reflect E&A’s brand and capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop compelling, client-focused proposals and qualification packages that align with E&A’s brand and voice, in collaboration with project managers and department managers.
• Maintain a current library of professional resumes, project descriptions, and visuals to ensure readiness and accuracy for proposal production.
• Manage and update web content, ensuring that it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with current initiatives.
• Provide quality control and creative support for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, branded collateral, video editing, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with the execution of client events, gift programs, and promotional campaigns that strengthen relationships and reinforce brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related.
• Minimum of seven years of marketing experience
• Experience with proposal writing, graphic design, and digital content management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing websites (WordPress) and tracking performance through Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated knowledge of LinkedIn or other social media platforms for brand engagement.
• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all materials and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) or equivalent certification.
• Ten years of marketing or business development experience.
• Knowledge of engineering, planning, or construction services.
• Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM/accounting software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
