Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Civil Design Engineer in our Lincoln office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.  Additionally, this candidate will:

  • Work closely with internal staff on design plans and specifications for urban and rural, public/private roadways, which may include grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and sanitary sewers.
  • Prepare plans, specifications, and design-related documents with the supervision and guidance of the project manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an EAC/ABET, CEAB-accredited engineering program, or program that is meeting the NCEES Engineering Education Standard
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineer in Training (“E.I.T.” or “E.I.”) Designation
  • One year of progressively responsible civil engineering experience
  • Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in design of Land Development and Civil Site projects.
