Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Civil Design Engineer in our Lincoln office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Additionally, this candidate will:

Work closely with internal staff on design plans and specifications for urban and rural, public/private roadways, which may include grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and sanitary sewers.
Prepare plans, specifications, and design-related documents with the supervision and guidance of the project manager.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an EAC/ABET, CEAB-accredited engineering program, or program that is meeting the NCEES Engineering Education Standard
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Engineer in Training (“E.I.T.” or “E.I.”) Designation
One year of progressively responsible civil engineering experience
Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience in design of Land Development and Civil Site projects.
